A deposit return system refunds the deposit when empty packaging is brought back. In the field, that job is done by a deposit return machine and a reverse vending machine (RVM).
AKE manufactures packaging, bottle and plastic-bottle return machines in Denizli. An automatic deposit return system works with barcode recognition, sorting and remote monitoring. OEM RVM production and custom deposit return machines are planned in the same plant.

Our machines, compatible with GS1 barcode standards on beverage packaging, record products placed on the market, track data online and provide reportable waste operations.
Loyalty programmes
Atıkmatik identifies qualified packaging waste (glass, plastic and metal) with patented technology, sorts it and stores it in the relevant compartment. After storage, a points system starts and the running total is shown on the information screen.
Magnetic card system
After depositing waste, the user taps a magnetic card on the reader. Accumulated points are shown on screen. When the reward threshold is reached, the card is read at the prize point, points are deducted and the reward is given. Existing ID, bus or university cards can also be integrated. Card integration is priced separately; please contact our software department before the process.
Thermal ticket system
When the required points are reached, the user presses a button and receives a ticket showing the organisation name, logo and total points. The ticket is redeemed with an authorised person at the prize location.
QR code system
The QR code refreshes with every item. After the last item, the user opens the mobile app and pairs it with the on-screen code so points are loaded to the account.
Mamamatik
After depositing waste, the user can press a button and receive a packed pet-food reward developed for street animals.
Kalemmatik
After the last item, the user presses a button and receives a pencil from the gift unit.
Accumulated points are converted into gifts and rewards according to the programme defined by the operator. Qualified packaging waste is collected separately at source while consumers are encouraged to recycle.

We create an ID for every machine placed in the field.
From a web interface provided to the project owner, the following operations can be performed after login.

With our technical support network we can intervene on site within 48 hours. Software and hardware updates can also be applied instantly via remote screen.
