Mobile recycling collection point
A mobile waste collection centre keeps recyclables separate from other waste. Municipalities, campuses and retail sites use it as a mobile recycling centre and a bring-site.
Class 2 mobile waste centres consist of at least seven waste inlets. They may be established by municipalities, shopping centres and universities. Centres must carry identification signage.
Class 3 centres must be established by sales points, organised industrial zones, airports and residential sites of 200 dwellings or more. Equipment for five waste types is mandatory and total storage volume must be at least 2 cubic metres.
